It was definitely a bucket-list trip!

Ever since I first saw photos of the blue domes and white washed cliff-side village of Oia, I longed to see it for myself. This past summer was that dream come true and the lovely country of Greece did not disappoint!

Everywhere I looked seemed to inspire my creative juices - from the multi-hued Aegean Sea, to the unparalleled colors of the sunsets, the unique textures of the ancient rocks, and the blooming bougainvillea bursting with colors!

My recent jewelry collection showcased the beauty of this iconic country. I'd love to share what inspired a few of these creations...

gemstone necklace inspired by greece

When I saw this dendrite opal stone with blue flecks, I knew it had to be a tribute to the amazing landscape of the Greek islands. Add a faceted blue topaz stone for the deep azure of the Aegean Sea and I think we have a necklace that will bring you to Greece every time you wear it!

Oh Mykonos, I just fell in love with your jewel tones! I knew that I would have to create jewelry that would show the richness and depth of colors of this amazing island.

We saw beautiful black sand beaches in Greece and I think this pretty set represents the cool juxtaposition of black sand and white caps. Elegant and unexpected!

OK - I have no idea what kind of flower this is 😂 but my first thought was, “This is the same color as a peridot gemstone!” and couldn't wait to create something that reflects this vibrant flower.

Mykonos was a little bougie and a little boho. This necklace brings me right back to this special Greek island!

Sun Bleached white and blue-greens… iconic Greece! Can’t be there now? This necklace will take you there!

How to describe Mykonos? While it’s often known for its party atmosphere, I fell in love with the Bougie Boho feeling. It’s cosmopolitan, but approachable, sophisticated, but natural. I think this necklace captures it 😍

Whether it was the breathtaking mountainous landscape, the thatched roofed windmills, or the rough-hewn textiles all over Greece, textures were everywhere! I am loving the natural colors and textures of this necklace and earrings set. Brought to you by Greece!
